Through the years, the product line has grown to include smoked herring fillets, smoked herring bloaters, mild cured herring, herring roe, back split mackerel, alewives and smelts. The Company is located on the shores of the Northumberland Strait in Cap-Pelé, New Brunswick, Canada.
